TSM’s League of Legends division has started making big changes in its ranks ahead of next season after they failed to qualify for the 2023 LCS Spring Split playoffs.

The organization confirmed on Thursday on social media that its general manager Glen Yang and team manager Kristine Huang will leave the team. This is despite the fact that both joined TSM in 2022.

They have also been part of an uncertain and transitional period for TSM, with several players coming in and leaving within a year.

In a statement on social media, Glen Yang appreciated his experience and time with the organization in NA, stating that he is proud of the team’s efforts.

“The memories and experiences of my time working in NA will stay with me forever. Throughout this split, I have witnessed the entire team giving 120 percent effort every day, striving to win every victory with everything they had. Despite not making the playoffs, I am proud of what we accomplished this split.” Yanf said on social media

Furthermore, the team’s COO, Walter Wang, left the organization last week, joining Yang and Huang on the way out. The recent moves look like a planned overhaul by TSM with its coaching and management staff.

Meanwhile, despite the movements and exits, TSM is yet to give an official statement about the moves and what the supporters should expect in the coming days, and the future of the organization in the ongoing League division.

Expectations were not at the highest at the start of the year for TSM after its superstar jungler Mingyi “Spica” Lu departed in the offseason. The organization made some moves through free agency, but they didn’t instill a lot of confidence among fans.

Nevertheless, there are big decisions to be made, especially with the LCS roster in view and the 2023 Summer Split.
