Modern Warfare 3, season one, is on the horizon, and a lot of players have been logging onto their servers to enjoy the latest content on the game. Unfortunately, some have experienced errors that have threatened to disrupt their progress and make them lose their run on the game.

This error springs up the moment an update on the game has been made and comes up on the screen after the title displays with an alert that says that the download was not done properly and the player’s data is corrupted.

This will only be reversed when the affected user resets all the ranks to unlock to be able to continue with the game or close it according to the instructions of the game.

Many players and content creators, including popular streamer Symfuhny, have been scared by the events, even prompting them to believe that their years of hard work have been wiped out.

Despite the panic that the players were forced to experience while being stuck on the screen, developers have assured players that something will be done about it even though some players have resorted to resetting the game or being forced to close the app.

However, the error code doesn’t initiate a reset subsequently, and even if the players click on the pop-up, their progress will not be lost, nor will they lose any of their rank, unlocks, or purchases.

However, there might be a need to stressfully rebuild their current load-outs, and they might also need to reset their current game settings.

After all is said and done, players should have enough confidence in the developer’s promise to continue forward onto the new Urzikstan map in Warzone, as well as the multitude of new weapons, gear, and maps that MW3 has to offer in its first season.
