The gun is a close-range powerhouse in Apex Legends, which is strong enough to take down two enemies with a single pull of the trigger.

The player, after achieving the feat, has shared a video of his efforts.

While this could be referred to as the luckiest shot of the gamer’s life, the video which showed two squads fighting in Underpass, between Capitol City and Geyser, was a firefight that happened through the small doorway on the right side of the building.

After the player moved in through the blast doors on the other side to flank the enemy squad, the two other competitors had the same idea, and they stumbled into each other, flat-footing the enemies after the player pulled the trigger.

This occurred because the shotgun shells connected with both legends and sent both of them to the ground, and the rest of the squad easily won the 2v1 firefight.

Three things are responsible for the success; the conjunction of aiming, positioning, and luck.

When aiming at centre pass, the Peacekeeper’s spread looks like a star and packs a punch.

According to reports, the two enemies were bundled closely, and some of the shells that would have missed a single target were connected to the second foe. Although the duo wasn’t at full health, the shot dealt 10 damages to one of the enemies and 44 damages to the other, but it has enough power to incapacitate them.

Controversy about the Peacekeeper came to bare after patch 3.1 led to an increase in its projectile width, making it considerably easier for all pellets to connect. The little modification accidentally overturned the weapon, which Respawn nerfed the Peacekeeper twice while making an attempt to restore the gun to its previous firepower.

Meanwhile, Respawn Entertainment and EA will kick off the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) next month as the next leg of the battle royale’s venture into esports.

According to the rule governing the competition, anyone has the opportunity to participate in the season’s online qualifiers, giving them a chance to make it to one of the four Majors, where they’ll be able to prove themselves as the best Apex players in the world.
