Disguised Toast’s arranged roster Disguised VALORANT is enjoying a good blend of young talents and old experienced players. This is a development that superstar streamer Joshua “steel” Nissan is enjoying as he leads the roster.

Steel is leading another roster a year after doing the same at T1 with their NA roster. The ex-first strike champion explained the difference between the T1 NA roster and the Disguised VALORANT roster stating that the latter gives him the nostalgic feelings of his younger years.

“What I like about what we’ve got going on here is that this group feels very ‘old school. Ocean and I come from a time in [CS: GO] where you got five people together, and you played because you wanted to be there, and there wasn’t really money involved. You just did it because you wanted to be there, and you wanted to work hard, and you wanted to just win. We’ve got similar vibes but with Toast supporting us.” Steel said.

Furthermore, he revealed that the mindset at Disguised VALORANT is one that is open, accountable, and highly communicative, which in turn helps players discuss in-game issues without holding back.

He explained that the atmosphere helps the team learn while completing at the highest level. Steel also believes that Disguised Toast will learn how to be an owner as the team continues the journey.

Disguised VALORANT will hope to improve the organization’s image and prominence if they can spring up runs in Challengers and Ascension.

However, they will have to maneuver a group that has The Guard, their opening game, and the duo of TSM, and M80. Their preparations haven’t been the smoothest with Bind and Breeze leaving the roster, albeit Split and Lotus will be joining.

Their first NA VALORANT Challengers League Match will be played on Wednesday, February one, against the Guard, starting at 6 pm CT.
