Gamers have been given an ideal Christmas treat with the return of Gary as Wizards of the Coast began its Theros: Beyond Death (THB) spoiler previews.

This was released on Christmas Eve with a God and a hot reprint on Christmas day. The recent release is teasing the return of Titans to Standard.

With the second Saga from the upcoming Theros: Beyond Death (THB) revealed, the Binding of the Titans Enchantment-Saga could help Titans make a comeback in the Standard format.

Like all Enchantment-Saga’s in MTG, the Binding of the Titans has a procedure that becomes active after a controller’s draw step over the course of three turns.

How can this be achieved? Each player will have to put the top three cards of their library into their graveyard, exile up to two target cards from graveyards as each creature card exiled gives one life. The gamer will then return the target creature or land card from your graveyard to his hand.

Meanwhile, speculations are rife in the people in the MTG community that a Titan cycle may be included in the THB set.

With the speculation that there’s a cycle of Rare Mono-colored Gods on the way, the Titans would either be of Rare or Mythic Rare rarity.

Also hinting an upcoming cycle was a snippet of lore attached to the reveal of The Binding of the Titans.

According to the lore text, the Gods waged war against the Titans, their predecessor’s thousands of years ago. After emerging victorious, the Gods sealed the Titans in the underworld.

“If they were freed, they would inflict unspeakable horrors upon Theros,” the text added.

Ahead of THB official release set for January 24, the Gathering set, Theros: Beyond Death, is scheduled to release digitally on January 16.

It could be recalled that Returning to the plane of Theros was first revealed in 2013. The upcoming set will focus on the underworld of Theros.

It will kick off a string of THB previews being spoiled over the coming weeks after WotC revealed Klothys, God of Destiny, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel.

There is a possibility of having a multitude of multicolored Gods in THB. The first reveal is Athreos, followed by Shroud-Veiled, Klothys, and God of Destiny.

It now has a CMC of three, one Red and one Green, Klothys isn’t a typical Gruul card.
