Atlanta FaZe’s run to the winners’ bracket finals of the 2023 Call of Duty League’s Major Two has been remarkable, as the roster is at 3-0 in SnD. Their round count also stands at 18-3 after sweeping past Toronto Ultra on Saturday in a dominant display thanks to huge performances from the Search and Destroy crew.

Atlanta FaZe dominated all the maps recording a 6-1 win in map two, El Asilo Search and Destroy. These performances and results have led Simp to believe his SnD is the best in the league currently while also stating that they need to continue playing the way they did on Saturday for the team’s subsequent games.

“I think our SnD overall is by far the best in the league right now. I think we just overall have really good mid-map adjustments and have a really good idea of working the map together. I think we need to just play how we played today (Saturday). Play loose, play confident and trust the teamwork and the prep we put into this event. And that 3-0 we had right there, I feel like if we have the exact same mindset going into tomorrow (Sunday), we’ll just 3-0 everybody.” Simp said

Meanwhile, LA Thieves have now won three straight games at the Call of Duty League Boston Major. It’s a comeback after losing to OpTic Texas in their opener.

The Thieves racked up nine consecutive maps win at the weekend to get closer to the elimination finals. Veteran Mercado Hardpoint started the first map of the series brilliantly alongside his Los Angeles teammates.

His 31-13 win in the first map was important in the overall 250-165 win, while Drazah managed a 17-14 in Hardpoint.

Drazah, alongside Octane kept up the momentum in the Hotel Search and Destroy. The two AR amassed 18 kills as Thieves got a 6-2 win.
