The new Overwatch season has arrived but it is quite different from how the game is known and, it is full of changes to how the game works. While there’s a big alteration to gameplay, there’s also a new event, the Overwatch Cosmic Crisis event.
The Cosmic Crisis event is the new and fresh PVE mode introduced for the season. In this mode, a few heroes are stranded near Evopoint Antarctica, and they will have to repair their ship to get back out while fighting off the enemies within the area.
While there are some changes from game to game, though, there are co-op objectives that will keep these fresh. Also, mission modifiers will change frequently while the base mission will play similarly week to week otherwise.
Meanwhile, the overwatch crisis event is a non-canon event, and as such, it is not a continuation of the story of Overwatch. There is also the Overwatch Cosmic Collection will be represented in the new Battle Pass, including the new Moira Mythic skin with the skins playable in the whole game.
Each season brings some changes to the Ultimates in overwatch and Overwatch 2 Season 9 isn’t an exception. Overwatch 2 Season 9 ultimate tier list, has six tiers where the best and worst ultimates to use in the current season are located.
The best tier is the S tier, with the F-tier having the worst available, and using them correctly either in the Competitive Play or Cosmic Crisis may not make any difference.

C-Tier consists Ashe’s BOB, Hanzo’s Dragonstrike, Soldier’s Tactical Visor, Reaper’s Death Blossom, Orisa’s Terra Surge, Zarya’s Graviton Surge, Illari’s Captive Sun, Bastion’s Configuration: Tank, Mercy’s Valkyrie, Reinhardt’s Earthshatter, Lifeweaver’s Tree of Life, Genji’s Dragonblade, and Mei’s Blizzard.
