Veteran iceiceice has left Fnatic Dota 2 roster after the expiration of his contract.
This was revealed in an announcement by the organization on Wednesday. It further announced that recruit Nico “eyyou” Barcelon, has also departed after being with the team for just one week.
According to the organization,iceiceice is leaving the organization after telling them he is interested in playing for another region during his break.
This is an indication that the Southeast Asian legend might be heading overseas again. The 30-year-old Singaporean has had successful stints with legendary Chinese organizations like Team DK, Vici Gaming, and EHOME.
FNATIC has which the veteran offlaner and the new recruit good luck in their new adventure.
It is possible that the 30-year-old veteran might reunite with former teammate Jabz who was released by the same team a week ago.
iceiceice is a known admirer of the Thai support on his stream. They had played together for four years with three different organizations. His recent teammate, 23savage, recently headed to China to join VG’s new roster, which has been described as an unprecedented path.
It was reported that iceiceice and eyyou left Fnatic in a mutual agreement. eyyou had to trial the hard support of Fnatic as a captain for a week, and there has been lackluster performance in the BTS Pro Series 3 so far.

With the departure of the duo, Fnatic now has a revamped roster that will be led by Korean offlaner Sangdon “Forev” Lee again. The Korean had previously stood in for Fnatic during the ESL One Thailand.
Meanwhile, former Geek Fam player Kenny “Xepher” Deo will assume the team’s five role.
