The formidable quintet of Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, Marcelo “coldzera” David, Fernando “fer” Alvarenga, Lincoln “fnx” Lau, and Epitácio “TACO” de Melo will unite once more for a showmatch game.

The four players won back to back CS:GO Major with Luminosity Gaming in 2016 and SK Gaming a year later. The IEM Rio Major show match game will see the iconic quintet feature for team Brazil as they face team Sweden.

However, they won’t be the most iconic players on display when the game goes on as the Swedish team will also have Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg, Christopher “GeT_RiGhT” Alesund, Olof “olofmeister” Kajbjer, Jesper “JW” Wecksell, and Adam Friberg.

Also named as the legends match, it will happen on November 13 at the Jeunesse Arena at 11 am CT.m just before the IEM Rio Major grand finals.

Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, Marcelo “coldzera” David, Fernando “fer” Alvarenga, Lincoln “fnx” Lau, and Epitácio “TACO” de Melo are the most decorated players in Brazil in terms of CS:GO.

Meanwhile, the biggest name on the Team Brazil list is FalleN, and he will pair with fer for the IEM Rio Major, and they will be assisted by fnx under the Imperial organization at the major.

Fnx, who used to be a player, has now become a content creator and delved into coaching, TACO, and coldzera with 00 Nation in the summer play break, but both players failed to qualify for PGL Antwerp Major earlier this year.

The IEM Rio Major will start on October 31, starting with the Challenger stage, while the show match and grand finale will close the competition on November 13.

Meanwhile, 00 Nation and Imperial are not favorites to move into the grand finals of the major based on their recent forms.
