FaZe Clan are reportedly in the final stages of signing Marcelo “Coldzera” David’s transfer from MIBR.

Marcelo David, popularly known as Coldzera, is a 24-year-old Brazilian counter striker. He played as a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player for MIBR and can confidently boast of approximately $910,899 in winnings.

In 2016, Coldzera was awarded the best esports player by the game’s world.

FaZe Clan is an American esports and entertainment organization that takes an active part in various video games tournament.

The organization was founded in 2010 as a gaming clan on YouTube by players known as housecat, Clipz, and resistance.

FaZe have in one time, or the other competed in the following competitions, call of duty, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Forthnite, battle Royale as well as so many others.

Dekay Lewis reported that FaZe Clan is about finishing the processes involved in the Coldzera’s moving from MIBR to faze Clan. The signing of Coldzera will help the team to take part in the CS: GO at ESL one taken place in New York.

Coldzera will fill in the vacant position at faZe; the vacancy was reportedly created by the departure of Flip” NEO Kubinski and Ladislav “GuardiaN” from FaZe Clan this month while newcomer Helvijis “Broky” Saukants.

Broky will also play at ESL One New York and ESL pro league season in October.

Coldzera has been on the MiBR bench since leaving the team in July.

Throughout this time, he has been keeping his form in Europe and attended an event at LAN event in Serbia alongside Nikko.

Upon successful completion of Coldzera’s signing to FaZe, it will be the first of it’s kind for faZe to pay for transfer after it acquired GuardiaN in August 2017.

After acquiring GuardiaN, FaZe has used several players who were on loan as free agents.

It’s no news that Coldzera has taken part in the various competitions in esports.

He has also been nominated and won so many awards, and the winnings inclinations are what he hopes to bring on his way to faze.

The ESL taking place in New York will host eight of the best esports CS: GO teams in the world as each will battle for their share of the $200,000 at ESL one starting on September 26th.

The event is widely anticipated as teams prepare. Faze Clan is not left out in the preparation, more reasons why they signed Coldzera, he will have a significant role to play in the ESL One in New York.
