In a shocking move, T1’s legendary League of Legends roster, ZOFGK, has officially disbanded. The team’s top laner, Choi “Zeus” Woo-je, has parted ways with the squad after securing the 2024 World Championship title.

To fill the void left by Zeus, T1 has acquired Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon, the standout top laner from Hanwha Life Esports. Doran played a pivotal role in HLE’s 2024 LCK Summer Split championship victory, defeating Gen.G in the finals.

Doran’s impressive individual performance earned him top honors in the LCK Summer Playoffs. He boasted the highest number of assists among top laners and ranked third in kills.

While Zeus’ departure marks the end of an era, T1’s core roster remains intact, with the remaining members extending their contracts until 2025 or beyond. This continuity provides a solid foundation for the team’s future success.

The ZOFGK roster will be remembered as one of the most dominant forces in League of Legends history. Their achievements include an undefeated LCK split in 2022 and back-to-back Worlds titles.

With Doran on board, T1 aims to continue its winning tradition and make a strong impact in the 2025 season.

In related news, Hanwha Life Esports has announced the signing of Kim “Kiin” Ki-in as Doran’s replacement. Kiin, a seasoned top laner, previously played for Kingzone DragonX.

The 2025 LCK Spring Split is scheduled to begin on January 10, 2025. T1 will face off against Gen.G in their opening match.

Fans can expect an exciting season with several roster changes across the league.

In other news, Jungler Mun “Oner” Hyeon-jun has officially renewed his contract with T1, following the team’s successful run at the 2024 League of Legends World Championship, where they secured the title with a decisive win against Bilibili Gaming.

Meanwhile, Park “Teddy” Jin-seong joined KT Rolster.
