OG defeated Team Liquid 3-1 in the final of the inaugural Manila Major in June 2016. In doing so they became the first Dota2 team to win two Valve sponsored Majors; they also won the Frankfurt Major in September 2015. Walking away with the Reaver trophy and $1,110,000 the team have since been given a direct invite to The International 2016.
