The last four teams of the Thunderpick WC 2024 have been revealed after the Play-In phase wrapped up ahead of the November 2nd kickoff of the Thunderpick WC 2024 LAN Finals, which will take place in Berlin.
The line up of the teams start with a last-minute invitee OG who didn’t make the event initially but they head to the Thunderpick WC 2024 after they secured a top-four finish to reach the LAN finals.
Their may have gone to the play-in phase with a stroll but they didn’t stroll to the LAN qualification after lost the first map of their fixture against BIG, before OG took the second, and an impressive 13:1 on the final map of Ancient. MoDo shone for OG throughout the series, going 59:27.
Despite these performances OG will be considered as underdogs at the LAN Finals.
Team Heroics’ resurgence continues after securing a comfortable 2:0 series win over disappointing Fnatic to pick their spot in the Thunderpick WC 2024 LAN Finals.
However, The MongolZ continue to do their rising reputation in the CS2 a whole lot of good after picking the Thunderpick WC 2024 Play-In, beating a stubborn Imperial, who traded map picks before The MongolZ got the win on Inferno after an epic CT side on Inferno.
The game was a stretch for The MongolZ, so much so that three of their players on The MongolZ went negative on the scoreboard across all three maps, with AWPer 910 going positive with only a single kill.
The last team is 3DMAX who almost lost out against BESTIA, as they went all three maps before getting the job done in the Thunderpick WC 2024 Play-In.
However, in the end, they were able to best BESTIA, winning important rounds on the Anubis decider to secure a ticket to Berlin.
