KOI’s defending champion Markos “Comp” Stamkopoulos, has started the 2023 LEC Winter Split in an impressive fashion, making a record on the way.

Despite just a week into the 2023 LEC Winter Split and after three matches played, Comp has managed to die just once all through. In the competition, his team lost to Fnatic on Monday, going 2-1.

His death came in KOI’s win against Excel ESports as he reigns in the KDA segment. In his first week, he had 12 kills and 14 assists in 26 KDA.

G2 Esports’ Steven “Hans Sama” Liv and Team BDS’ Juš “Crownie” Marušič recorded two deaths each to rank as one of the players with the lowest death. They also had 13 kills and impressive KDA ratios, with “Hans Sama” getting 20 and Team BDS’ marksman getting 15.

Meanwhile, Comp is already regarded as one of Europe’s best AD carriers, winning MVP at the 2022 LEC Summer Playoffs final.

G2 faced Rogue in the 2022 LEC Summer Playoffs final and lost 3-0, but Comp managed to stand out. The next round of games in the 2023 LEC Winter Split will be on Saturday, Jan. 28.

Meanwhile, in VALORANT, Riot has given an update on when other platforms will get VALORANT, although the timeframe isn’t any time close.

This means that fans will not be getting to play on other platforms soon; the development team lead, Anna Donlon, revealed on Tuesday that the team is still working on providing VALORANT on other platforms, albeit it’s unusually slower.

“It’s going slower than we’d hoped, Probably slower than you’d hoped, but we want to get it right,” Anna said.

Riot has been discussing the possibility of bringing VALORANT to other platforms since June 2021.
